Cross, Perseus Franklin. TWENTY-SIX MALE HUMAN PANSEXUAL JUNE 6TH D.I.D/PSYCHOSIS APPEARANCE All day staring at the CEILING Perseus is a plain looking individual with his white-grey skin and black hair. He has a very ghoulish complexion, matched by by dark grey eyes that rarely look another other than blank. His lives only seem to really show any life when he switches to his alternate personalities, when Percy he can look manic and terrifying; as Precious he seemed kind and gentle. He usually dresses in black attire because it is easy enough, and has a monitor around his neck in case he tries to flee the prison, this monitor also has the ability to shock him should he become to hostile. He is a scrawny build with thin legs and arms that appear almost spider-like. Under his clothes he body is overweight in little scars from his s childhood. Birth mark, and scratches all a dark reminder of his life growing up. PERSONALITY Making friends with the SHADOWS on my wall Perseus Cross Originally before he turned fourteen, he was just Perseus, Percy nor Precious existed. Perseus was also a quite reserved boy, hardly ever spoke, anti-social rarely ever showed any emotion. All a side affect from the years of abuse he had grown accustomed too. Perseus is shy and tends to be unapproachable. He hates the company of others and much prefers to remain in solitude. Despite this he stills functions in a normal manner and albeit anti-social he in no way comes across as insane at all. In this form most people presume that he is here to deal with an antisocial disorder. Rather than what he actually has. Percy This is the second personality and his most volatile. Percy can be described as nothing less than evil, an entity born from the hate in Perseus's heart. He hates everyone and everything, this side of him revels in the thought of killing them all. This is the side of Percy where the doctors find his psychosis. Percy has a cunning nature, he is calculating and manipulative. He tends to show this when he selects a victim and plans how he'll take them out. He particular hates women and children, even more so than men, this is why the majority of his victims are of the fairer sex. Although Percy loves Death, he also greatly enjoys pain, the pain of others. He has been known to even torture his victims either physically or emotionally. Precious Cole After a few years of stalking victims and killing them, a sensation would build up in Perseus heart, one he would push away and lock up. Because he did not remember anything he did as Percy, he could never explain it. That feeling was remorse. It wasn't until Perseus awoke at a funeral after Percy had mockingly gone to see the distraught family of the victims after having killed there only child. Did this feeling reach the surface. Watching a broken mother cry over the loss of her young son, pushed Percy back into the darkness and gave birth to Perseus final personality: Precious Cole. Out of all of his personas, Precious is the one most human. Unlike Percy and Perseus, he has no problem with social interaction, in fact he thrives on it. Precious is a kind individual that seeks to help others and the community. He is known for his volunteer work and self sacrifice. It seems that the remorse is Perseus wary from killing all those innocent victims developed into Precious as a way to atone for all the darkness he'd created. An outlet of guilt. HISTORY All night hearing VOICES telling me It was a stormy night the night Perseus was born, almost like the universe knew about his entrance into the world and was arguing in protest. His crack junkie pushed him out in her apartment bathroom, aided by her neighbours who had heard her screams. It was a messy birth, dramatic and not the most hygienic scenario. After the birth Perseus remained with his mother for a few hours before she wrapped him up and took him out. A few hours later, he was discovered on the doorstep of a catholic house for orphans. Discovered by the minister of the house, he took him in and that's where he grew up. Life in the orphanage was strict and harsh, the minister was known for his nasty controlling nature. He would labour the children, force them to read bible extracts for hours on end, and spend the rest of the time doing chores to maintain the condition of the house. He would hit them when they didn't listen, and punish them severely if they misbehaved. After one of the children became old enough to leave the house, despite his threats they reported him to the authorities. His orphanage was dismantled and the children were sent to the local authorities. Minister Lockshaw had always paid special attention to Perseus, something about the boy struck him. Perhaps it was because Perseus was the least responsive of all the children, where they cried and screamed during punishments, Perseus took it on without much protest. As the orphanage was dismantled and the children were taken away. The minister produced documents claiming that he had adopted Perseus as he own child, so although they were able to dismantle the orphanage, they could not prove the ministers history of abuse. He and Perseus remained in the house alone from then on. Life proceeded to get worse for Perseus, having lost the orphanage the Minister only grew harsher. His punishments became more sinister and because Perseus was home-schooled. All his bruises and wounds went unnoticed throughout the years. Perseus spent all the years bottling up his suffering and growing detest for the minister. Pushing down all his anger and suffering into a dark place. When Perseus turned twelve, his life took a horrific turn for the worst. One evening whilst studying in the house library, the minister walk in, stalking over to the desk, he stood over Perseus shoulder. Perseus stopped reading, he could smell the alcohol thick on his breathe. The minister ran a finger along Perseus cheek, he froze, unsure of what to do. "Up," The minister barked. Perseus stood up immediately, standing sharply to attention. Hearing the scraping of the chair being pulled away, he felt the minister shift behind him. For once, his heart was racing and he felt genuine fear. The fear reached it's peak as suddenly the minister grabbed him by the hair and pushed him forward against the table. Forced in a bent over position, he heard the sudden of a belt unbuckling and began to writhe in fear. Despite all his struggling, his scrawny physique did not hold enough strength to fight the grip of the minister. Then for the first time in years Perseus screamed in agony. This continued for the next two years, Perseus became even more recluse and the anger inside him began build up even more. It felt like he was bottling up so much hate and anger that he could feel the rage beginning to spill out the edges. But any signs of hate, even in the form of a dark look would result in severe punishment. After another horrific night of suffering when Perseus was fourteen he finally felt the hate spill over. The conflict of his hatred for the minister and his desire to control it split him in two. Percy had no idea who he was, when he'd come into existence all he knew was that he hated that man and he wanted to kill him. He made his way over to the study desk in his room, eyeing one of the legs of the desk. After a moment, he kicked one legs hard, the table collapse under the loss of support. He bent down and picked up on of the broken piece of the leg. It was sharp. At least sharp enough. He made his way downstairs, turning to the living room, the minister was exactly where Percy thought he would be. He was a predictable man most of the time, at this time of night he would be dozing in his armchair by the open fireplace. An empty glass full of scotch residue on the table next to him. Percy moved in front of the minister, staring down as his snoozing form. Gripping the smooth edge of the broken chair leg, he took a slow breathe before suddenly forcing the sharp end upwards through the minister's throat. Hours later the local fire department received a call out from a member of the public that noticed the house doused in flames. The next day after the fire had been put out and the ashes cooled, the body of the minister was found as just a pile of ash and bones. Perseus was no where to be found. He spend the next few months moving further and further away from the house he once knew, he had know memory of killing the Minister, all he knew was that he had to keep moving, in his mind he had just finally built up the courage to flee. So he kept moving. Eventually settling down in a new orphanage after the police picked him up off the street. This place was much better than the world he was used to. No violence and torture, just a normal orphan lifestyle. Percy didn't appear for a couple of years, but slowly he began to take over once again. Enjoying the feel of death, he began to kill on a regular basis. Taking over to find a new target, kill them, ensure he didn't get caught. Then once he succeeded he switched back to Perseus, non the wiser. After turning twenty two, Perseus began to feel remorse build up inside him. Unsure of how to handle this, Precious Cole came to life. Precious only knew that he wanted to help others, to clean up whatever it was he felt he needed to clean up. He was what the public considered a good man and hardworking member of the community. Precious even fell in love with a woman he met at a soup kitchen, the two started dated and even got married. However the two were happily married for two months before things went horribly wrong. One day Precious had been sleeping in bed with her when he suddenly awake as Percy. Finding this naked woman in his bed drove him into a fit of panic and he attacked and killed her by putting a pillow over her face. Percy stuck around to clean up the mess before attempting to bolt. However. After wandering around the town Precious returned to his senses and went home to find his dead wife. Precious called the police immediately and so the investigation began. Although Precious had no real alibi, Percy had done such a good job covering up the scene of the crime there was no evidence to pin him. It looked like the place had been robbed and she had been killed by then burglar. However because there was no external DNA evidence, they could not be sure. It was during an interview with Precious, where things went awry. Mid-interview he switched to Perseus and freaked out about why he was there. They continued to question him further but he denied ever knowing Gloria Cole or being married to her. The police decided to hold Him there and got psychologist to test and diagnose him. After days of questioning and scans they concluded that he suffered from D.I.D, hence why he is detained at North Hollow today. Because of the possibility that he may have killed his wife, Perseus is constantly observed and guarded as his mental stability is questionable they do not know Percy exists but do suspect that it's possible. OOC That maybe I should get some SLEEP Anything Else: Because Percy was never caught, no one knows about his history as a serial killer, he is only suspected to have killed his wife.
