Three years. I can't believe it's been that long already. I'm starting a new journal today, to share during group sessions, perhaps to make the patients relate just a little more, not only to myself, but to each other as well. I'm hoping that with this new year that we can make some sort of headway with our guests.
We seem to be getting a few new programs up and running as well, and ditching some of our old methods. Though, I'm rather afraid that Jakaru will still go about his normal harsh ways of doing things. I do sincerely wish that he would see that what he is doing is bad for the guests. But I doubt that my pestering him about it would really do anything at all. It's not like I can fire him... If it wasn't for him, this dream wouldn't exist, and I'd probably be in some awful hospital ward.
We have a few new patients coming to us from various places, which is always nice. It's nicer to see them leave though. We've had more releases than intakes this last year, which is definitely best.
Alex is just as spunky as always. There still doesn't seem to be the possibility of releasing him though. Which is terribly distressing. He is getting better, but still, the space between reality and his illusions is almost indistinguishable. Anyways. That's all for now I suppose. Tomorrow is just another day.
