Arrival;; Today has been a strange day for me. I awoke in a strange metal room with a thick glass door. I was rather confused, but after a few moments a nurse came up to my cell door and asked for my name. Of course I gave it, and asked where I was, and how I had gotten here. A well dressed, and rather handsome gentleman came to tell me that I was being held in an observation cell, of all things, in order to best judge my temperament. It was all a rather big surprise to me. He gave me a quick checkup and asked a few questions. And then the door was shut and I was all alone again. Nurses came and went, bringing food and fresh clothes. They kept checking up on me quite like clockwork. The next time I awoke I was in a different room, painted a soft blue kind of color. It reminded me of a summer sky almost. Another person came to check on me, he introduced himself as Shai, and told me that if I needed anything, just to ask. He handed me this small little journal and told me to keep track of whatever thoughts or feelings I had at the end of each day. I suppose that it's an easy enough thing to do. |
