PERSONALITY Making friends with the SHADOWS on my wall Jacob Feldry is outgoing and promiscuous, with an almost hedonistic perspective on life. Commonly mistaken for a materialist, he is drawn to anything that glitters or gleams like a crow, and he is meticulous about his own appearance. He has a generous nature, always lavishing gifts on family, friends, lovers, and even friendly strangers, often buying many rounds of liquor for the entire bar. However, he is impulsive, and often spends money that he doesn't have or sleeps with anyone he finds attractive regardless of their relationship status, sometimes without protection. This impulsivity is what led to his cocaine addiction, causing him to be depressed, irritable, an insomniac, and 13lbs underweight due to loss of appetite. He often has chills and migraines. HISTORY All night hearing VOICES telling me Jacob Feldry was born in the Bromley burrough of London England to a single parent household with his mother Miri Bihari, a nurse at Kings College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust. He is the illegitimate son of Andrew Feldry, Miri's childhood friend and a banker in Lancashire. As a teenager, he was a bright student with excellent grades, but was expelled during the later half of his freshman year for fellating an upperclassman in the auditorium. He was then enrolled in a catholic school in Lewisham, where he had learned to be more discreet when pursuing a relationship with anyone, especially other boys. While at Lewisham, he discovered that he had a talent for guitar, and so he worked a job at the local coffee shop so that he could save up some money for a Les Paul electric guitar "just like Bolan's, but green". It took him 5 years. At the age of 21, he founded a small skiffle revival band called "Madcap Fornologists'. It had mild success on the Indie circuit. At the age of 22, with just enough money for a plane ticket and a month's worth of cheap rent, he flew to America and settled in a crappy apartment in the Bronx, working minimum wage jobs and playing various gigs until he became lead singer of the neo-glam band Mephisto's Manifesto, which went on to have critical success both underground and mainstream with their album Son of God seeks Daughter of Man, released in Decmber 12, 2012. At 24 he met and fell in love with a 21 year old law student named Hannah Shapiro at a club in down town Brooklyn. They married a year later on April 22nd, 2014 in Central Park, and had a son named Claude Shapiro-Feldry a month later. They divorced in July of 2015 for infedility and financial disputes due to Jacob's cocaine addiction. Hannah has custody of Claude, but Jacob has full visitation rights. Nearly losing his record contract with The End Records after frustratedly throwing a chair at the recording studio glass, Jacob Feldry decided to check himself in to the North Hollow Asylum, hoping that rehabilitation was what he needed in order to get his life together again.
